Single user restroom is not a storage room.        ·        The diameter in the restroom should not be less than 60" or should be a T-shaped space 36" x 60" of clear space (remove any fixtures in that space). ·         Provide a minimum 28" clear space next to toilet and the sink (remove any boxes).  ·         The toilet paper dispenser cannot be more than 12” from the toilet.  ·         All grab bars need to be 33” centerline from the floor.   If a tank is attached to the toilet, the back grab bar cannot be higher than 36” from the floor.
